It has been almost a year when the nanny left us to visit her family in the province. She didn’t get back in time and she went off to stay with another employer. But she’s still keeping in touch with us. Besides, we had no issues with her when she left.

My sister-in-law and my mom took over in taking care of the twins.

After a year, I really can’t handle it anymore. My sister-in-law is physically fit to do almost everything in the house except cleaning. We don’t have time to clean the house already. And with me being busy online, I can’t really take care of it already these past few weeks. My mom even got sick and she’s pretty tired.

I tried to get a new one and I got someone who reached and finished 2years in college. I can’t let her take care of the kids as I don’t see her qualifications matches what I am looking for. I just don’t want to look down at her. I referred her to my mom and see if she can be good at the bakery. Thought everything is going to be ok. She’s nice, a bit talkative and even have the guts to brag about a boyfriend giving her money (yeah then why would she want to apply as nanny). In less than a month, I am seeing something different. I noticed my sister-in-law and my brother has recently been fighting. And to my surprise, the new girl is the cause. I even saw her flirting with my brother. Getting out of the bathroom covered in towel when she knows 2 guys are living with us. I did not confront her, I just told her to be a little careful of herself.

I thought I’d be at peace – not! It was then that I decided to get the old nanny back. I contacted her and asked if she’s still willing to go back to us and said “yes”. I was relieved. Finally, I can already be at peace.

When the old nanny arrived, the new girl asked she’d like to leave. We didn’t say anything and let her go. It was peace, finally! The old nanny even learned a lot of things from her previous employer. She now knows how to properly clean! LOL!

After work, I am no longer seeing all the toys scattered around. And our room, is being miraculously done everyday – all clean. Good thing I decided to get her back.
