Because they are precious to us, whenever special occasions such as Valentine’s Day comes up, we always want to give only the best valentines gifts for him.  Yes, gifts, not just one gift…if money permits, of course.  Having said that, it’s but natural for us to want to steer clear of the usual run-of-the-mill gifts: perfume, a shirt, or an electronic gadget.  We want to stand out from his ex-partners who gave him that Grateful Dead t-shirt or that Cure CD.

Nothing speaks more from the heart than a customized gift.  A simple mug, for instance, can bear a sweet and heartfelt message by you.  Be it something handcrafted, or professionally made, there’s always something extra special with a present which has been put a lot of thought into.

I know he’d ask for a gadget but this year, the budget have to say no to him. I am eyeing on some jeans too and I think it’ll be good if I give him a pair and a nice shirt that. I might have to go to the department store soon and check on men’s clothing. I’ll try to make sure to get him the best. My husband is a simple guy who likes simple things but when it comes to clothing, he prefers comfort over style but I am pretty sure there are brands out there that are comfortable but stylish too. I might have to go alone shopping for a while. It’s a gift for him and I want it to be a surprise.

And while I am at that, I am thinking of getting some new clothes for myself and the kids too – hmmm why not?

Materialistically speaking, I found some great loose diamonds online and boy, I have been longing to have one of them. Diamonds really are the girls’ best friend. A weakness of every woman, I should say. Well, this can be a gift idea for you gentlemen out there but if you are someone who is planning on a proposal, they would really be great. I am pretty sure your loved one will be very happy to have one.

Gifts though on Valentine’s Day need not be as expensive as this is. There are still a lot of things out there you can give. Cheaper gifts does not equate to the quality of love you are giving to your partner. As an overused cliche goes – it’s the thought that counts.

Gentlemen, you should know what your girl would like to have essentially. But if you are the type who gives more than what is expected, give her what she really deserves and you are the only one who can answer that. People can only give ideas, but it’s you who will decide.

And you know what I think would be a perfect gift for the kids this Christmas? Tada!!! An Ezy Roller! Look at this.

They have long been asking me for a bike and my sister got one for each of the twins. Unfortunately, it’s now broken. I think this will be one beautiful gift to receive this Christmas.
