A lot of mothers have been constantly asking whether they need one or not. The fat burners have been really famous because, women, after giving birth would normally want to be back in shape again – quick. A number has been successful but a lot failed. And that is the reason why most mothers really gained weight after pregnancy.
Motherhood has a lot of sacrifices, physically and emotionaly. But that doesn’t mean we became less ourselves when we become mothers. We gained more, we have children to make our homes alive. And the family we’ve been dreaming of is finally in our hands.
I might not need one at present LOL! I have been in the hospital for a couple of days and was unable to eat right so I lost weight. And I will no longer need to look for alli reviews again because I might just give up on dieting.
I lost about 2 pounds and I can’t imagine I will be able to do it in just 4days! Well – who won’t lose weight when you are only eating apples and drinking water for 4 days? It was quite a better news for me and bad at some point because despite losing weight, I have to bear this cough and shortness of breath. arrgghh!
Why are women so problematic about their figures? Does vanity contribute a big factor on that? Have women always been desperate of seeking ways to retain their figures?
Well, aside from the fact that vanity is not just for women, men some times have this tendency to be obsessed about their figures too. Men, like women are conscious about their looks too and think about it – why do we see males more often in the gym than women? Men can be vain at times too and they might not just admit it but they, too have been working hard to keeping their forms and physique.
I have a brother who has been very well conscious about his figure. He rarely go to the gym because he is shy but he has some personalized training stuffs at home. And would you believe, even if he doesn’t go out of the house very often, he still wanted to look good! He does his daily bath with matching colognes and a good pair of clothes (not just the ordinary at home clothes) and even tried the 7-dfbx which he saw while I was browsing online.
It’s not just moms who are gaining weight after having a family, the dads too! Ever wondered about it? Metabolism is the reason. Most dads, being tired from daily job and responsibilities at work would just want to lie down and rest at home – they have less exercise and less time for themselves. Dads dedicate their time for their families and this is the reason why, even if they aren’t getting pregnant, they are prone to being stout too.
Ack! I have been terribly disappointed over the last couple of days. I was looking at myself in the mirror for the longest time in my life (oh, I used to look at the mirror for hours when I was in high school) and I definitely did not like what I saw. Yeah – myself on a whole new fat level! LOL! You think I should probably now try the conjugated linoleic acid?
Up until now, I have been searching for different ways to do diet, weight loss, fat burning, exercise and even healthy cooking but haven’t found my luck getting a whole room of discipline LOL! I needed that! I am disappointed about how I look but I can’t even follow my own diet rules arrrrghhh!
Does anyone here know how to discipline oneself? I’d like to learn some tips in doing so. My mortal enemy when it comes to losing weight is myself because I often get tempted with hmmm yummy goodies at the coffee shop, cafeteria – anywhere! You’ll bee surprised to know that I can’t stand leaving food on my office table. I would always consume them one after the other – yes, I do pig at times too!

I have often wondered if there is a short way to lose weight quickly. I have gained weight after giving birth and my biggest challenge up to now is shedding off excess pounds. Most moms have problems like I do. I have friends who even entered quick weight loss programs but I am not really sure if that really worked. The biggest question I have pertaining to losing weight quickly is, is it really safe?
The most famous quick diet program lately is the 3-day quick diet. However, this diet method should not be used for more than 3 days. Most of those who tried it says it really works! However, most of those who also tried this program just gained their weight back. I am pretty sure this this is not the diet program I am looking for. Safe, as proven by those who have tried but I don’t think I can eat the kind of food being prepared on the menu plan. LOL!
I also heard about the 100 calorie diet plan. I think this one is quite different. Unlike the 3-day diet where your menu is cut to a certain level, this one doesn’t require eating low carbohydrates or low fat foods. You can eat your daily menu for as long as the the calorie is being accounted. I don’t have much detail on how to do this one yet but for certain, I felt I could try it.

When the husband underwent a spine operation in 2005, I remember he was afraid of eating his regular diet. His thoughts are he can’t go to the rest room and sit as he needs to lay in bed for a couple of days. He ate very less that time and took a lot of apples to sustain his hunger. Believe me, that worked for him.
