If you feel that things are starting to get sour between you and the one whom you vowed to stick it out with through thick and thin, for richer or for poorer, through fat reduction pills and hair loss products, then it’s time to spice things up in your relationship.

Try to set a date night, at least once a week. Catch a movie or go out to dinner. Send the kids over to grandma’s for the weekend, so you and your better half can spend quiet time together.

If if you can’t get out of the house, even on weeknights, you and your spouse can catch up on each other’s lives. Set aside some time, say after dinner, to just sit out on the porch, drink in hand, and reminisce about your fun times together. Relive that old giddy feeling of tingles running down your spine when his hand brushes your arm.

It’s normal for any loving relationship to go throug some downtime. Just keep on finding creative ways to show your love for each other.
