Both men and women love to have their six-packs visible, as it made them look sexy and boost their self-confidence. If you too love to have the sexy six-packs, you need to do the effective abs workout. All you have to do is to lie down the floor and place your hands behind your head, then place your feet flat on the floor with your knees pointed upwards and slowly lift your shoulders up without moving your feet. This method is sometime called as the pull-ups. Another abs exercise that you can do aside from pull-ups is the bicycle exercise. All you have to do is to lie on the floor, have your feet do the bicycle pedal movement while trying to touch your right elbow to your left knee and your left elbow to your right knee.
